 Dr. Christy Chen
Dr. Chen is a warm, gentle, and caring person. She places great emphasis on listening to her patients, and she likes to make sure that you are comfortable and at ease throughout your dental visits.
Dr. Chen strongly believes that everyone deserves healthy gums and an attractive smile starting from a very young age. Therefore, she loves and enjoys taking care of your children’s dental needs.
Dr. Chen received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois in 1996. Her continuing education
includes training from Dental Implant Institute of Las Vegas, obtaining skills for performing dental implant placement surgery. She is licensed by the state of California to perform oral conscious sedation for both adults and children, as well as certified to perform Invisalign orthodontic treatment.
She is a standing member of International Congress of Oral
Implantologists (ICOI), Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS), American Dental Society (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), and the San Diego County Dental Society. Dr. Chen is happily married with a 4-year-old son and a 2-year-old daughter. She enjoys skiing, scuba diving, working out, and international cuisine.

 Dr. Amy Jagger
Dr. Jagger has eight years of clinical experience treating all ages. She really enjoys dentistry and loves getting to know the patients. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Pacific, School of Dentistry, in San Francisco. She is originally from San Diego and completed her undergraduate study at University of California at Berkeley. She continues attend many continuing education courses and enjoys learning about new advances in dentistry.
Dr. Jagger is happily married and has two little girls that she loves spending her time with when she is not working. She enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling.
Dr. Gerald Krater, DDS
Dr. Krater has over 35 years of clinical experience of providing General Dentistry for the entire family with exceptional skills in areas of Endodontics (treatment of root canals), Crowns, and Bridges. Dr. Krater treats his patients as part of “our family” and strives to be as gentle and free-from-pain as possible. He had received frequent compliment from our patients for being kind, gentle and skillful. Dr. Krater is preferred exclusively by many of our patients.
Dr. Krater received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the well-known Loma Linda University in 1972 and had completed extensive post-doctoral trainings in Cosmetic and Adhesive dentistry. He holds a clinical certification from the renowned World Clinical Laser Institute (WCLI) for Laser Dentistry. Dr. Krater is licensed by the State Dental Board of California and Colorado.
Dr. Krater has been married for 33 years to his wife, Kathy Krater; has 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren and enjoys family and church activities including mountain biking, camping, and walking.
